I am in the process of being an expert at taking high-potential clients to the greatest levels of success. As a lifelong student of human behaviour, I have extensively researched this question: How can tiny changes account for radical differences in achievement?
You see, scientific research has demonstrated only a 0.1% difference between the genetic make-up of all humans. So, at the level of high-performance, it is the very tiniest of shifts in perspective that play a huge role in distinguishing the highest of achievers in all areas.
These tiny shifts in perspective have the biggest impact for those who are already achieving and creating close to or at world-class levels.
Coaching is powerful and impactful. And I help my clients make these tiny shifts that change everything.
A high-performer myself, I know there is always a better way. So I find it, I study it, I refine it. I perfect my craft and continuously enhance my art. I lead from the front. I study, read, research and explore more than my clients.
I invest a huge amount of my time, money and energy as part of my relentless professional and personal development.
But the deepest truth is that I lived most of my life feeling powerless. I could appear confident on the outside whilst totally lacking it deep down, on the inside. And however much I achieved in life, I was envious of those around me who always seemed to create more or bigger or better than I ever could.
Well, it turned out that that old and overwhelming feeling of powerlessness eventually became my gift in working with high potential men and women. You see, I am exceptionally gifted at seeing where other people are powerful—even when they can’t see it for themselves.

I am a Lead/Master Trainer associated with BCI & Credforce and have successfully conducted TTT program for BCI, Ministry of Skills Development, Sri Lanka and Ministry of ICT, Mauritius. I am also associated with various organisations for training their resources, including Autodesk, Redington India, Aditya Birla Group, Videocon, Electrolux, HDFC, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Inox Group, Gujarat Flurochemicals Limited, NSB BPO to name a few.
I believe in Heutagogy wherein I get the participants involved in discussions instead of delivering lectures. I use a participative and consultative training style and a variety of methods such as exercises, discussions and self-reflection to encourage experimentation, thinking and learning. My key questions to the learners are always “how will this benefit you” and “how are you going to use this?”. I am also a Six Sigma Consultant and consulted Electrolux India, Videocon and some SMEs on Process/Quality improvement.
Married for the last 15+ years and I have an amazing and naughty 7+ years old son. I love to travel and have travelled a lot within India. My next target is travelling across the world once my son is old enough to stay alone with his grandparents.
I love to read about anything as long as it interests me. I was a passionate cricketer, love sports and play badminton & squash. My next goal is to learn Golf.
